 Richard Royal has been selected as the recipient of the 2007 C. Fletcher Womble Kiwanis Club of Fayetteville Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded each year on a merit-based application. It is awarded to seniors graduating from high schools in Cumberland county and enrolling at an accredited institution of higher learning. Students must rank in the top 10% of their graduating class. Richard attends Terry Sanford High School.
